By accessing or using the website and services of Designed Detailing ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or book our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who accesses our website or engages our mobile car detailing services.

All services are by appointment only. When booking, you agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle details (make, model, year, and current condition)
• Ensure adequate space and access for our technicians to safely perform the service
• Have the vehicle available at the scheduled time and location
• Provide access to a water source and electrical outlet if required for the service

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, if the vehicle's condition differs significantly from the description provided at booking, or if the work environment does not allow us to perform safely.

We understand plans change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows (failure to be available at the scheduled time without notice) may result in a fee equal to 50% of the booked service price
• Repeated no-shows may result in being required to prepay for future bookings

Prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific service requirements. A final quote will be provided before work begins.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as listed at the time of booking
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price
• Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless specifically stated

Designed Detailing takes great care with every vehicle. However, by using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to paint defects, clear coat failure, scratches, dents, or mechanical issues
• Detailing involves physical contact with your vehicle's surfaces; minor imperfections in already compromised paint or trim may become more visible after cleaning
• We are not liable for personal items left in the vehicle during service
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service

We encourage customers to note any existing damage prior to service. If you believe damage occurred during our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate promptly.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with the results of our service:

• Please contact us within 24 hours of service completion
• We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a re-detail of the affected area at no extra charge
• Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with jurisdiction in Bexar County, Texas.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Designed Detailing and is protected under U.S. copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

By submitting photos, reviews, or testimonials to us, you grant Designed Detailing a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be filed in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
